Mamelons Mature Super Mamelons
Speaking for myself, I've never approved of the DLC/"New Democrats" crowd which was epitomized by both the Clintons (Bill & Hill... 2 for the price of one, remember?) and continues to influence many of the moderates in the party today. I don't much care for HRC, though I don't "hate" her irrationally as so many admit they do. She's unremarkable as a pol, not "evil." When I saw leftists I used to admire like Cornel West refuse to endorse her (as he had promised to do should Sanders lose the primaries) I was really put off. His explanation? "I refuse to endorse a hawkish corporatist just as I can't get behind a neo-fascist in the making. I'm gonna have to sing the blues for the next 4 years. I know that." Is that "intelligent flexibility?" (It may be sincere). I don't think so.
